London Photo Essay
I'm no photographer and I certainly don't have what they call an artistic eye. But this is some of what I saw.
Borough Market - a cup of tea, cow's milk on the side and a fairy cupcake.
Southwark - Wagamama wasn't up to par. Overcooked chicken and fish, but still reminded me of home!
Tate Modern - the Turbine Hall had the most ethereal spiral slides for parents and children (and those in between) alike. I managed to talk myself out of taking the ride of my life. Silly girl.
Tate Modern - Lunch, however was a different story. It was all too easy for me to order the mackerel on a bed of cumin roasted beetroot ...

Portobello Road - every girl's dream.
Portobello Road - Whoops, I mean every girl's dream is Red Velvet cupcakes!
The London Underground - it may have been an ad, but I thought it was art.
Borough Market - a cup of tea, cow's milk on the side and a fairy cupcake.
Borough Market - Vinopolis taught me the 10 flavours that go into Bombay Sapphire gin.
...followed by the marscapone cheescake with roasted plums and a capaccino. Only cost me 17 pounds.
Portobello Market - a coffee and a croque madame, and some good breakfast reading.
Portobello Road - pizza to go?
Portobello Road - there's a shop here that only sells door handles. These were made of glass.
The London Underground - it may have been an ad, but I thought it was art.
