Now that's a magic number
I don't believe that luck has much to do with love. But maybe magic does? Consider the following:
- Ed's lucky number is 14.
- The very date we first met was also my Dad's birthday. May 14.
- When we went to Luxembourg earlier this year (on our fifth month anniversary, i.e. October 14,) and were exploring some old castle's ruins, we found a post with that number on it. 14.

- Yesterday by some freak coincidence I bought 4 eggs when I was on my way home from an exam, and Edwin bought 10 when he went to the supermarket for other things. Do the math. (Hint, 14).

- One (hopefully) sunny Saturday, we'll getting married 14 months exactly after the day we met. The wedding date will be 14-07-07. If you add the last two sevens, that makes 14.
- Next year is 2007. If you take the first 2 and the last 7 and multiply them, you get 14.
- Today we've been together exactly 7 months. That number is exactly half of ... 14.
(Today Edwin gave me 7 beautiful long-stemmed roses, but that's just to keep me hanging around - easy! - for another 7 months, until the big day. The thing in the middle is a Chrissie bauble).
